Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Krypplaygathr (the "Platform"), operated by Kelo Gaming Solutions Oy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access the arena. Access is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and older.

2. No Gambling Clause

Krypplaygathr operates strictly as a Social Casino. This means:

  • We do NOT offer real money gambling.
  • No real money or items of value can be won playing our games.
  • No deposits are required or accepted.
  • Virtual currency or items used within the games have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash, merchandise, or any other item of value.

3. Platform Usage Rules

When participating in the digital arena, you agree to:

  • Use the platform solely for personal entertainment.
  • Not use automated scripts, bots, or any cheats to alter the gameplay experience.
  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform's infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to cinematic graphics, UI design, text, logos, and the game "game-gladiators-slot", are the exclusive property of Kelo Gaming Solutions Oy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal entertainment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kelo Gaming Solutions Oy provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.

6. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

8. User Generated Content

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide regarding the platform remains the property of Kelo Gaming Solutions Oy. We reserve the right to use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kelo Gaming Solutions Oy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the arena or your breach of these Terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
